1.  Who is OzAdventure4x4?
 

We are an aftermarket 4WD accessories business specialising in:

- Car Seat Covers

- 4x4 Accessories

- 4x4 Suspension

- Jeep Wrangler Products

We are based on the NSW Central Coast however send products all over Australia either via Australia Post or courier - no address is too hard!

We have been involved in the 4WD & Performance car scene for over 10 years and have owned many modified vehicles during this time, gathering knowledge about what works and what doesn’t in the industry, out on the road and most importantly out in the bush!

We offer honest, reliable advice and supply products that we believe to be the best value for our Australian customers, whether touring the great open road or conquering your local off-road tracks, our products will go the distance!!!

 

2.  Do we have a shop where we can come have a look at the products available?

No unfortunately not. We are an online only business which allows us to keep are price sharp! If need be certain items can be viewed via appointment.

 

3.  Is pick up available?

In most case yes pickup is available however it is by appointment only. Please give us a call to discuss.

 

4.  How long is it between placing the order and it being sent to me?

On completion of your order via the shopping cart and the payment being made via PayPal almost all orders are sent the very next day, sometimes even on the same day!! This time may vary if Direct bank deposit method of payment is used however we will advise you via email in this situation.

Delivery times vary dependant on your physical location and the type of goods being sent - if you would like a delivery estimation please feel free to ask in the comments section when completing your order or send us an email: sales@ozadventure4x4.com.au

Please note: Certain items will be sent directly from our manufacturers and in the case of tailor made seat covers can take up to 6 weeks dependant on production runs etc. Again if you have any questions please contact us :)

 

5.  What is the $3.00 handling fee on my order?

Due to a limitation in the website we are unable to list a Registered Post fee (all orders ship via Registered Post for tracking purposes), therefore the Registered post fee of $3.00 is covered in the handling costs - a small price we think to ensure all orders can be tracked and traced should the unthinkable occur... :)

 

6.  Where are the installation instructions?

Installation instructions are typically found inside the packaging with most items however if you are unable to find them please contact us. For the Wetseat covers these are available on our site at the top of the webpage.

 

7.  What if the goods are faulty or damaged?

8.  Do you provide an installation service?

No - however in a lot of cases we are able to refer you to a recommended or reputable business that will be able to assist you.

 

9.  Can parts be exchanged?

Please choose carefully and if you are not sure about something contact us.  We reserve the right to charge (but not in all cases) a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price on such goods. This percentage will vary depend on several factors, including (but not limited to): if the items were a stock item or non-stock, the value of the goods, the condition of the goods (including original packaging) and whether or not they are able to be resold in the state returned. These factors will be determined on receipt of the goods by OzAdventure4x4. Please note - we are not here to make money from mistaken purchases however as they say there are only so many hours in a day..

 

10.  How do I place an order?

Simply add the items you wish to purchase to your basket & enter your delivery details. Once you have done this select the "Checkout" button which will then display the total for the order including postage based on the information you have added / entered. Please then follow the instructions which will ask you to log onto your PayPal account (Sign-up for a Paypal account is free if you don't have one).

You will then see a summary of the order on the PayPal page - simply follow the instructions to complete the order. Once the payment is made you will land back on our website :) The order is now logged in our system as "Pending" and you can now continue to browse our site or close the page. We will then attend to your order

If you are unable to utilise PayPal as a payment method we also accept direct bank deposits into the below account.
