We have no liability for your use of any information or service. The purchaser is responsible for determining the suitability of any products purchased. The purchaser understands that all parts and equipments sold are subject to individual conditions of the vehicle and applications due to the manner in which they are installed and used.
Customers are reminded that it is their responsibility to ensure that the modifications made to their vehicle are compliant the rules and regulations in their relevant state and that the modifications are approved by a certified engineer (if applicable) prior to use on public roads.
OzAdventure4x4 assumes no responsibility for use or application by the user and hereby disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability fitness for a particular purpose, and neither authorises any other person to assume for it any consequential damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, loss of income, or any incidental damages.
Purchaser further recognises and agrees that suitability of any part sold for a particular application is the purchaser's decision and that the purchaser is not relying on the skill, judgment or advice of the distributor regarding suitability of any product. The purchaser is solely responsible for determining suitability for all items ordered, however assistance of our sales staff will always be offered to assist the customer.

RETURN POLICY

Refund/exchange:

OzAdventure4x4 will happily refund or exchange faulty goods due to a manufacturing fault/s within the manufacturers warranty period. The returned goods must be packaged with diligent care (original packaging preferred) to ensure that no further damage to the goods during return transit. Orders returned do not receive freight reimbursements. Prior to sending any items back to us, please contact us to allow us to understand the nature of the return. We will not refund/exchange goods where the damage is not consistent with a manufacturing issue or are incomplete.

Other Returns:

If the returned goods are determined to be non-defective or defective due to installer error, then the return will be classified as "User decision change". We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price on such goods. This percentage will vary depend on several factors, including (but not limited to): if the items were a stock item or non-stock, the value of the goods, the condition of the goods (including original packaging) and whether or not they are able to be resold in the state returned. These factors will be determined on receipt of the goods by OzAdventure4x4. Items returned within 30 days that are un-opened and in original packaging can be exchanged without charge (does not include freight reimbursement) for items/goods of equal or greater value with an appropriate adjustment of cost where applicable.
